I feel that I should discuss my problem to help others having my issue. You should see a line in there that gives the "Location:" of the crash which can be helpful in determining what the issue might be with IE. The fix was done by starting the NAV/NIS program, selecting the "Support" menu, and then selecting the "Get Support" menu option. There is no fix for this issue.
