It seems it might be an issue connected to 2013 since the above "markr99 is having what seems to be the same problem. The main problem was restore the association with Access2013 to Access files (mdb, accdb etc) on doubleclick, because Runtime was installed after Office 2013. If the data source is a Microsoft Office 2007 file (.xlsx or .accdb), install the 2007 Office System Driver: Data Connectivity Components from the Drivers page.
